I think that was the joke. A cartoon already did that and the world didn't end as a result.
In all honesty, last night's South Park kind of sucked. Maybe it was because they insulted the intellegence of 90% of their audience who also watch Family Guy. (Their Family Guy take offs were really, really lame.)
Scott Tennermen must die is the best episode.
I think Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset is the best.Originally Posted by Skyylya

You can't beat Chinpokomon no matter how hard you try.
Although Chinpokomon was good, IMO these are all much funnier:Originally Posted by Maxxthepenguin

I'll have to re-watch the spoiled whore one. I only have the first 7 seasons on my PC and i don't have cable TV, so if it's a newer one i might not have seen it![]()
You would remember if you saw it. Paris Hilton having a whore off is not something you forget about.Originally Posted by Skyylya

I don't think the disses to Family Guy were too bad. Also, they were pretty true. Anyway, the episode was pretty funny. I laughed pretty hard when Cartman was talking about how he had finally become good, because he always lies when he says that.
I've always been a Family Guy hater. :/
I loved that episode.
I just liked the fact they ripped on comedy central for pulling the Sceintology episode. They devoted 2 entire episodes to ripping them for it. <3 South Park, <3 Family Guy, South Park >>>> Family Guy.
I thought it owned too rofl. The highspeed chase on the highway was fking awesome. And they're kinda right about Family Guy, its random humor vs. South Parks story driven humor.
I love the response to Chef quitting, that was awesome the way they made it totally obvious, had me laughing constantly.

Based on concept alone the Shit episode always amused me to no end, but for pure awesomeness Scott Tennerman Must Die is number 1 in my book.
Their Family Guy take offs were identical to the jokes you'd see on the Fox television show, and I wouldn't be surprised if some people thought the family guy jokes on that episode of South park were funny. C'mon, I could see all those jokes used on Family guy, don't even lie to yourself about that.Originally Posted by Septimus
The episode is brilliant becuase they chose Family guy as a comparison to their own show and how the reaction of 'insensitivity to religion' throws people into an uproar. "GOD DAMN YOU FAMILY GUY" - Stan's Dad, is basically comparing people's reaction to south park, outrageous, because after all- It's just a cartoon.
Cartman hates family guy, the rest of the kids like it, and cartman gives his opinion on why-- which is, not at all baseless. If you think this was an attack on family guy, you missed the entire point of the episode, and an ingenius episode at that.
I like Family guy, and I like south park, and I don't think this episode sparks the debate of South Park being better than Family guy. We all don't laugh at the same thing, you're thought on South Park's attack on Family Guy isn't what you think it is, if anything I compare it to Cartman's reaction on seeing Muhammad on Family guy. "That's wrong.. wrong." I think you're taking it the wrong way, it isn't harmful, it's not insulting 90% of viewer's intelligence-- It's just a cartoon, we don't watch them to learn something about ourselves and how we perceive and distort what we hear and see, but sometimes, South Park manages to teach us a thing our two about ourselves.
Episode where they make fun of actuality are the best. I loved it.
I really like Family Guy, but I dont think it was insulting for the fan. There was very few comment directed at family guy and none of them were really bad imo.
South park also have bad joke at time, or long sequence were nothing funny happenTheir Family Guy take offs were identical to the jokes you'd see on the Fox television show, and I wouldn't be surprised if some people thought the family guy jokes on that episode of South park were funny.
