Kunwu Iron == Kunwu Iron ingot?

I hope this is a stupid question.
Got Kunwu iron off Baha II BC.

the picture dosent not look like an ingot. And i check the AH., no listing untill i made one for that item. Checked somepage. dont have Kunwu IRON listed. only Kunwu iron ingot. Im assuming they are the same but im not a smither so i would like more opinions

It goes Kunwu Ore> Iron (ingot)> sheet. Somepage proabably just called it ingot to clarify that it wasn't the ore. Kunwu is used to make DRK JSE, called Plastron and Black--
