Math wizards >.> xp calculations please

So I have been interested in helping some friends w/ some lower level jobs and seeing the pciture below..

What is the lowest level a person could be and still maintain 100 xp per kill in an all level 75 party?

Chain 5 + bonus
Astral candy Bonus (+5%?)
NO xp ring involved ...

Normal xp you get * their level / 75...

If you're in thickets with the 200+ chain 5's, you can probably get away with about level 40. On VT crap in Mire, probably around level 50-55 to maintain good xp.

lol i tried doin that... but no one would let me =/

everyone thinks that xp earned will be so minimal, but even like that SS shows.. you can be so low level and still get decent xp... hell its probably better than any party around that level anyways

so..

100 = (X / 75) * 175 (175 being the average?)


Solve for X (ok I am not horrible I just dont know how XP is factored)

Yep, that'd be the right formula, just put in whatever your average xp is at 75. The ratio of xp is the same as the ratio of your level to the max level in the party, so a level 40 would get 40/75 or about 55% of the xp.

And If say my gimp level 45 friend is getting xp, well he is!
