Comcast/Adelphia and Error POL-0019

Okay, I'm minding my own business dicking around in game when I instantly R0. I've spent three hours trying to log back in, and all I get is a Cannot connect to server error. This has happened a couple nights ago too. Same situation, I'm stable for a couple minutes/hours, then instantly R0 and cannot log back in, nor can I access http://www.playonline.com

These symptoms would lead an individual to believe that there is either a problem with Square-Enix or there is a problem with Comcast (who bought Adelphia). Now, I have several friends in the area who are also on the exact same cable internet service I'm on, and they are experience the same problem. In order to eliminate that it's not SEs failure (imagine that), we confirmed that POL does in fact work and connect on the university's campus, and my friend who is about an hour away, but on Charter, also has never had this type of problem.

Is anyone else experience this problem (and are on the Comcast network)?

Sidenote: We also talked to Comcast tech support, they said to ensure that you're account wasn't one of the ones recently banned, and to talk to Sony about their network. Now, lets see here. I can connect on a university campus. I can connect on the Charter network. Which means it's...not Square-Enix, and I wasn't banned.

I haven't had any problems... SE really needs to fix the lame ass servers they are running this game on. Ping for me is @ like 15-20 seconds to most servers/fps games and FFXI just lags to hell. I'm on comcast also, and 99% of the time when I have connection problems to FFXI its the POL server, NOT my internet connection.
