1 -> 75 in under 2 weeks rough leveling guide!

DAY #1)
1->16 can be solod on (almost) any job/whm with drinks, ambrosia(or H pie). or with a PL lol u can go to like 30 while seeking solo.

Outside town zones u can just power through em->ep (usually ep is better xp/hr because no downtime, and like 10-15 second kills). I did this with all my jobs before i picked a main- it was my main source for low lvl cash.

DAY#2
Lvl 12->16 if you have ranged damage, or skilled party worm in shakrami roxor, or u can fight stuff in dunes lolDunes till like 18.
18-21 if youre not fighting worms in qufim/tunnels youre a noob, fact. 21->24 you can solo worms- or if youre brave (see: stupid) you can seek pt.

Day#3
24->26(stop at Lv^27) mandies in yuhtunga
27->30 mandies in yhoat
30-33 mandies/lizards/gobs in yhoat

Day#4
32/33>till someone hits 34 weapons are decent in sauromugue- or you could even keep doing gobs in jungles till someone hits 34- then go straigh to CN or Garlaige- bats/crawlers work till 37 if you can find enough mobs.
(Altepa also a good alt) after workers u can do soldiers in CN, or stuff in altep till like 40.
(Gustav good too- till around 41, maybe a lil higher deeper in)

Day#5
40->46 Probably back out to Altep doing beetles, or Oasis/Yhoat-Ifrit zone gobs- maybe the Flys in CN Basement.

Forgot exactly what lvl its for- but i think Knights Crawlers in CN are good around low50

Day#6
47->51 sucks just about everywhere- i like powerchaining weaker shit because anticans can be very random; and deaths/downtime hurts XP a lot.
(Garlaige basement is ok- but not many mobs, rumbles not many mobs kinda random lvls, anticans.. lolanticans)

Day#7
50/51->52 CN Helms

51/52->54/55 Kuftal crabs. (can stop a lil early and start doing murres around 53/54)

Day#8(and 9 if you got shitty pts)
Murres(Caedarva)/Lesser Colibri(Leypoint) good till 59 (stop at 60 w/out corsair roll and chain 6+ consistently)

60/61 u can do normal colibri till 66.

Day#9+10
65->70 you can powerchain eruca at 70 the xp tanks, but i remember getting 15k/hr there until someone hit 70 with chain 90s.

Day 11, and 12 if you dont have many friends.
70->75 merit PTs

Lvl 75 in less than 2 weeks if you dont have a job, or a social life. Possibly less if you have A PL.

Note: I posted this in the other thread when people were talking about leveling to 75 in 2 weeks- and nobody replied about this... seing as i spent like 15 minutes to write it out, i copy-paste and reposted it here so people can look at it lulz.

I agree it can be done based on the outline you gave, but I think alot of it would depend on staticing with friends since there'll be times where you can't find a certain job you may need (tank or healer basically).

Plus seeing the rate a friend has been leveling solo as Blm makes me believe it even more.

it really helps if you have a plvl, and especially if you have friends.

these days (at least on carbuncle) it seems close to impossible to put together a random party in under 30min-1hour unless half the party are a group you know very well. hardly anyone seeks under 55ish anymore (it seems) and all the good players are teamed up with other good players.

i voted yes because its very possible, as long as you have gil/gear and don't need your AF.

Very possible, but you do need friends with you on the right jobs. BRD or COR help a ton, works best with melee heavy setups imho.
If you have people with social lives, you can still do it, just not in 12 consecutive days.

Well, uhhhhhh, sure it's possible... is it feasible? >_> Probably not, unless you were leveling a job that guaranteed constant invites or made every single party... even it can be difficult to form groups pre-50's during the morning/afternoon. You could do it even faster if you had a reliable static.

Some comments on your chart:

I usually found soloing past as low as 10, even with PL, to be slower than grabbing a group of ls mates and plowing through Valkurm in a day.

Knight Crawlers + Scorpions are about the same level as Kuftal Crabs(51ish min to be safe), although BST's love to exp there and there is barely enough spawn for a good PT to keep chain...

47->51 really does blow , I usually do it off of VT antica + beetles in Quicksands.

59-63ish is another crappy level range for me =\, I usually opt for non-ToA lands(omg) such as VoS or Sky, because Puks/Spiders suck to exp off of and the Colibri spot only supports 1 or 2 PT's.

I like to do Eruca as low as 63 and whore them out til 69-70. :D

In general though, my favorite exp spots to 75 are either unpopular areas(such a furriers instead of mandies) or areas that can support many parties.

seems too dependant on camps being open at higher levels, dumbasses can really slow down exp. would also need significant funds and storage to have all the proper gear.

Besides the obvious requirement that you have no life outside of FFXI, or have put that life on hold (took a couple weeks off or something), it's probably also worth mention that this would be pretty much limited to 2nd+ jobs.
While that might be a given for BG, if people come here and copy/paste, they might not take into account that needing to farm for gear, take time for limit breaks, Kazham keys, Al Zhabi ferry access, and whatever else will increase time needed.

I think you could allow a little time for AF if wanted, just would assume that you farmed the keys as part of the prep work for the job, along with buying/owning gear for it already (or the gil to buy it).

More something that's theoretically possible moreso than what can reliably done, but I think it does prove the point.

I typically duo or trio with a couple good friends, and pickup whoever. We always have a PL or 2 so we tank as DD jobs usually making the process a lot faster. We usually start xp'ing while forming the PT too and get people to meet us at camp and just replace them as they have to go^_^. Typically if we're powering to 75 theres an understanding that if people fall behind.. thats to bad . (But usually as we pickup ls mates, they change jobs as we level past them- and catch up to others)

If you have a powerleveler and a job that can do enough damage, goblin pets in teriggan work until 50 to get over that hump. Earlier on on blu (46ish) I was easily getting chain5 300xp no ring every time. You would want a RDM powerlevel by preference, you start taking considerable damage around now, and the goblins will even aggro the powerleveler - need to be able to sleep and log out so that you dont have to kill the bst. You also need 2 beastmasters to be popped on the top shelf, when the back one can often be a thief mob instead - total pain in the arse when some random person comes in and kills one.
