Armored Core 4 - discussion

Any discussion of AC4 goes here so I know where to look! I'd like to see what everyone's scores are. I was an ace at AC2 and I think with some more parts I'd be just as good at this one. I finished the final mission with rank S with a melee AC.

Also, question for anyone who knows where do I find Leonhardt's back weapons?! It's driving me nuts they look sexy seen in this video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=fXat87pX7QU

I'm still doing the missions, but has anyone entered the JP PvP area yet? I entered after I played the game about 1hr or so and got my ass kicked badly.

you get Leonhardt's back weapons after you beat the mission where you have to kill the 4 nexts on hard mode i dont remember the name its towards the end

Is online actually worth buying the game for? because from what I hear, story/campaign mode is relatively short.

2x laser rifles on front, 2 time heavy cannons on back, fly up unto the air, shoot down with heavy cannons simoltaneously at target, 1-2shots will kill the 4 next's pretty quick since they are all lightweight. Put on heavy legs/body and you might be a little slower but its an easy mission, doable in 30-45seconds or less.

game was easy for me, beat it in a few hours then did hard the next day. online = happy boyiee.

I used the big ones cause they were new, let me check now if they are kojima, ill edit in in 2min.

HLR01-CANOPUS - HI LASER RIFLEx2 on r/l arms.

YAMAGA - GRENADE CANNONx2 on r/l back.

Overkill for most missions, if you can make contact with target, they die instantly, ESPECIALLY the mech packs.

Open up with the back cannons and use both simoltaneously, the splash damage is impossibe to escape from when you fire 2. Doesn't take more than 2 blasts per mech, if you run out of ammo, you have the overpowered laser rifles. Stay in the sky for the back cannons, but i prefer on ground for the lasers. Go over top of enemy while they are busy and just fire away.

jump up, fire down. Using a heavier mech to take more dmg ftw. also regen parts are nice like the should piece "Addict"
