Does Limbus/Dynamis scale? Someone in my LS says it scales by PT, such as Dynamis mobs will have less HP and Limbus there are less mobs on certain floors.

Uh. no.
I've solo'd NW Apollyon on BLM countless times and everything was the same as when I went with other people. My Dyna runs are pretty small atm and the mobs are the same.
Doesn't scale at all.
Limbus NE scales to the number of parties you bring. Best example is the population of the apollyon cleaner floor.
Dynamis definitely does not scale.
Asides from the aforementioned Apollyon NE, and probably a couple of other Limbus zones, the only activity I can think of that scales based on head-count is Garrison. Dynamis and most other Limbus zones, as everyone's mentioned, don't.
Uninvited Guests does as well.
NW Apollyon sometimes has 2 Behemoths + KB at the top, and sometimes has 3 Behemoths. Not sure how many people trigger a third.
NW Apollyon has always had 3 little Behes and one Big one for me. Solo, Manaburn or full ally.
Yeah, I've done NW many times from 3 person manaburn to 12-18 player alliance, and always had three prinz + kaiser boss.
Oh guess im wrong, ive had 3 normally and we go with 5-6.. Thought i remembered 2 a long time ago but guess not.
Dynamis definitely does not scale. I've done runs with anywhere from 12 people to 36 for about a year now. The only thing i've noticed with Dynamis is that mobs definitely increase hugely in level the deeper in you get.
As for Limbus, I've never noticed it scaling, even in NE which is reported to scale. I believe it's safe to assume that the scaling in NE is so minor you'd hardly notice it either way. I've done it with 6-18 people before too.
Doesn't Einjarher scale by amount of people or so I hear?
Apparently not, since a small group of players went in and ended up w/ a dozen more mobs than a group of 30.
Besieged scales w/ the # of people in it too, only its an inverse relationship and the factor is fun, not difficulty.
Was it the same mobs though? And the same area?Originally Posted by Xavier
