Trying to get all the info from your live journals etc for your Excal, One of my friends is trying to tell me the relic procs 95% of the time and has a 100% HP > Add effect. I'm calling him a moron and telling him its 25% of your HP and proc's no where near 25%. If you could post your Parse on Jlo's Tiamat's have screen shots etc I would be more then happy. (Posting here and not in PM in case people have done some of the same work on testing / ss's and such) Thanks :D
