FFXI Music - Alexander Theme

If anyone really likes the music from FFXI this is the theme that plays while you fight Alexander in ToAU mission 44. I finally got around to ripping it out of the game.

I hope I don't sound like a dick when I tell you this... but many of us had the mp3 of this before ToAU44 was even put into the game.

It's already up in one of the older threads.

Yeah the battle music was quite fitting... lol epic music, epic battle...
Bahamut's is just his theme song from CoP right? thats seems like a joke, but ALexander's and Even Promathia's themes were pretty awesome IMO at least

That's a horrible opinion, they were both very awesome. Odin's music from Einherjar is the only one that should have been great, but isn't.

Yeah, the Alexander music was really fucking good. Especially right in the fight. Worked really well imo.

Regardless it's an opinion. Bahamut's theme could have been much better and seperated from his actual cutscene theme, that was just stupid. Alexanders is a big improvement over that one, I hope they keep stepping it up.

Mizuta is the guy behind most of FFXI's music, and it looks like he didn't have much work before XI, but you can tell he's getting better at it. Look at the original game's music (Jeuno, Bastok, etc.) compared to Aht Urghan's. And judging by WotG's trailer, his music sounds like it's still getting better.

Anyways, i like the city music i can listen to it for hours when i'm crafting or something and not wanna kill myself, maybe its just because i am a music person, even songs on the radio i listen to the music not the words, which can lead me to liking some strange things in most peoples eyes. Also i like this Alexander theme, so be nice to the poor guy, he was just trying to help.
