Question for PS3 players

which keyboard works with FFXI? The one i bought (MediaBoard) didnt work on FF11

I have a USB HP keyboard that I got for $10 from Office Max. Works fine.

Even though Bluetooth Keyboards now work on the PS3 itself, I cannot get a Bluetooth Keyboard to work in FFXI on PS3. Must have something to do with being an emulated PS2 game I imagine... I have to use a cheap USB keyboard or a wireless keyboard using a USB adaptor.

Only USB keyboards work as far as I can tell. The PS2 Engine in the PS# can't recognize Bluetooth keyboards. I've tried a few bluetooth keyboards with USB dongles but no luck. I can tell you that Wireless USB keyboards that are RF should work though.

That's something I'll never understand about the Playstation 3 (and 2 for that matter). On the Playstation 2, why didn't they allow the console to emulate the memory cards via the hard drive (if present) to enable saving your game to the hard drive? And why didn't they enable saving of Playstation 1 save games to Playstation 2 memory cards...? The technology to do both was very available and still is for that matter.

My cheap, wired USB keyboard works just fine as well... I'd really like a wireless one though.

Wow that sucks, my bluetooth works great on my 360 ^^ /em ducks for cover.
