Retribution: Hidden Stun Effect?

I was farting around on BRD/BST getting my buffer recapped, only needed about 400xp so I decided to camp outside of whitegate and kill spiders. I accidentally used Retribution just as the Spider was using Web, and noticed that it stopped the WS. If you look carefully, usually you'll get the "so and so has evaded or received slow" if the spider uses Spider Web, but instead it went straight to using Poison. Hope this is something new and not some old information I never knew. Anyways, POIDH etc etc..
