    Selling a used phone

I have an AT&T Tilt, and unfortunately for me its been slightly over 30 days, I called AT&T but other than an exchange they said "lol its your phone now". I'm really fed up with this phone (its a smartphone..), Its really cumbersome navigating through menus, Windows Mobile 6, terrible battery life, the list goes on. Anyway, the phone itself is in pristine condition, it hasn't been dropped a single time, the screen has no scratches, etc..I have the original phone box, the shipping box, all of its contents, everything..but AT&T tells me that I'm fucked.

I really dislike places like craigslist/ebay so I'm kind of fucked in that regard, but are there any stores locally that I could sell it to? Even at a loss, I'd just like to get something out of it because as of right now I've resorted to putting my SIM card back into my Razr and using that(the outside screen is cracked so I can't see whose calling me/time), so I have a cellphone paperweight sitting here on my desk and I'm just looking at my options. So maybe an employee of AT&T or someone with experience can tell me what I can do, does it vary on a store-by-store basis, as in I could take it to an AT&T store and find someone with benevolence who will make an exception? I've talked to 3 different customer service reps that all tell me the same thing, they're hellbent on this "30 days the phone is yours" thing.

Why the fret over ebay? Their entire model is based around Buyer Beware; you as the seller are in minimal risk of being screwed...

Just don't deal with anyone that wants it shipped out of state/US and make sure they pay via paypal and that you get proof of shipping with UPS or whoever.

yup, require a signature, or use delivery confirmation

when its something tangible and its within the states, its EXTREMELY hard to scam.

or you can use craigslist, you meet the person in a public place, they hand you CASH (do not accept checks ever.), you get in your car and touch yourself with your cash, they get in their car and play with their new phone

Agreed, I've used craigslist quite a bit, and other than annoying people that want to chat you up, I've never had a problem.
