Windows Royale Noir

So....

I had Windows XP and had the Royale Noir theme installed (the one that makes the Start Menu bar black). SP3 came out and the bar would change to Windows Classic color if I tried to use the Royale theme.

It's not really a big deal, but I miss my pretty black bar I could match my wallpapers with. Is there any way I can fix that?

I know about WindowBlinds and such programs, but I'm iffy on using those. Thanks for any advice.
