Campign Question

Been looking through all the threads I can find on BG, and looking around the Wiki, and I can't figure this out.

If beastmen controls an area in the past, how do I get tags so i wont lose exp? I know when a nation controls the area the guard at the OP does it, but since beastmen took everything over, I cant get it outside of Windy. Halp?

There's a Campaign Arbiter (C.A.) in every zone who will give you allied tags when under Beastmen control. These guys are usually a bit off the beaten path but still within sight of the Fortification or near where you get ported to when teleporting to the zone. Yea, I saw Wiki listed that, but when I talked to them, I got no option. maybe it had just ended in the area or something silly. Regardless, thanks

Should pld/nin be engaged when tanking? My friend says it's a must for parry & keep hate through damage. What say you BG?

If there is no music and sword next to the arbiter's name, there is no campaign going on in that zone.
