Fyder had 100 GS pretty early as NA player, so he probably still has a significant amount of gil, yeah. He was really good guy, got tons of referrals for synths and often did then at no charge.

However, iirc, he quit for awhile (maybe like a year and half ago) and gave his character to someone else. He eventually recovered/took it back, but I think some damage had been done to the reputation by then.

If you're getting the original Fyder, absolutely.

If Fyder applied to your linkshell, I'd be damn sure to let him in.
Being a former LS Leader (SpykeFlail-Leviathan) myself of a year or so, he proved himself
as a very reliable member. Not only that, but one of the best tanks I know.
He has an abundance of experience as well as heart.
There's rumors about him giving his charachter away, but it's all bullshit.
I've known him since I started, so he's the real, legit deal.
I'd strongly recomend Fyder into your linkshell.

as one of the officers to the shell he's applying... thats my type of recommendation for a member ^^ i like the personality of him to begin with but this shows he isn't putting on a masque to the shell to try to get in

I was in SpykeFlail with Fyder and on a personal level he was a good guy. As stated previously he was always willing to synth for anyone at anytime. What Rollan is leaving out is that he suspended Fyder from lotting on multiple occasions because Fyder had a habit of "DC'ing" in the middle of 70% of events he attended, or going AFK for hours. A couple of times events had to be delayed because of Fyder holding triggers and being AFK. After SF reshelled we decided not to invite Fyder to the new shell because of these reasons. To sum it up-good guy but not reliable.

I was one of the leaders of TF i was the shell holder. Yes it is true that when we first reshelled he was not invited. But days before the ls broke we had accepted him in. He was accepted back in bcz we had found out that he was sick in real life and that he was taken care of that when he would not show up to events.

Idk who posted the post before but with the lack of info they have i think its someone who left the shell before majority of ldrs said yes to him coming back bcz of his severe illness.

besides that he is a really good pld knows how to play his job.
He has 100+ GS which he is good at made 2 hq manteels
To my knowledge he is fluent in several languages like french spanish english so he can comunicate well.

He would show up for events then AFK for hours in the middle of an event. How many times did we have to have someone go switch to pld or have Bara 2box Elzixx so we had another tank because of his "illness." He would always log back on or not be AFK within 15min of the event ending and be on vent wasted.

As far as my credibility or lack of info goes, I was a sack in both SF and TF.

who is this? seriosly bcz a few days before ls broke he was accepted into ls if you were a sack then you would have known this. so this tells me that its either Neo or someone who was against him coming back. Who would not have known that he was accepted back in and werent fully aware of his illness. It is none of my buisness to let people know what illness thats up to fyder to let anyone know. I'm sure that if you knew why he came on "wasted" you wouldnt be here posting negative about him plus he had shown me proof of this illness which is the ONLY reason why he was accepted back in. so yes you might of been a sack in both ls but you werent a sack tword the end of the ls so please dont act like you know everything...

The guy that controle Fyder isn't the original owner, I meet the original Fyder years ago and was suppose to ingame marry him and was with him in a HNMLS. But he quit FFXI 3 years ago (if my memory good) and gave it's account to a friend of his.

I still talk to the original owner on MSN and from last I heard he didn't have the intention of coming back to FFXI.

Now, the guy that have his account, I never did anything with him only talk to him, and he's a nice guy to talk with. But, for his skill, I can't tell you anything.
