Starting grad work in a week or so, and moved to Athens, GA for school. Apartment complaex only offers wireless and i've had my fair share of issues in hammering it down (lynksys wireless-N card). Though with the issue in hand, i don't know if this is relevant or not.

Since about yesterday, im starting to get random comp freezes (windows xp, never had any problem back at home on my landline). These are normally accompanied, upon reboot and starting windower, by a message stating "Cannot open registry key for install path of PlayOnline Compatible Software. ID=1000" 3 times before windower eventually loads.

I can run everything on my computer with zero chance of it freezing, but as soon as I start FFXI there seems to be a chance of it freezing only then, and im wondering if the two instances are connected. Appreciate the help and i'm sorry if this explanation sounds roundabout, ill clarify if i can.
