Any fans of the show? Pretty famous sports talk radio show that aired from New York City and broadcasted on the YES network. They've been on the air for almost 20 years and it was just announced that Maddog is leaving for Sirius/XM. Sad day.

When it comes to sports talk, they were a very unique pair that was almost always entertaining to listen to while at work (they broadcast over the Internet too), driving, or even watching them on TV. Between the interviews, the rants and all out debates/arguments there was almost never a dull moment. It was arguably one of the most popular/well known sports show in New York. I'm just sad to see them split up.

Yeah, listen to them all the time. It was very emotional this afternoon when Dog got on and got choked up talking to Mike. I hope they do well together, and it looks like Mike is staying with WFAN so that's good.

They were a very unique pair and different from a lot of other radio personalities. They were not shock jocks, they didnt do anything amazing, they just debated sports every day for 19 years for 5 hours a day. That's not easy to do. On top of that they raised tons of money for multiple charities, so its understandable that it's a bit of a story that they're finally ending the show.
