What dish to bring for Office X-mas Party?

I need some suggestions on a tray to bring for the Christmas Party at my office this year. When we celebrate a holiday I usually make a 4 ft Chicken Cutlet fresh mozz and roasted pepper sandwich but it's time for a change....

    Any suggestions?

It would be one tray of food since we have about 25 people bringing something in.

Could be breakfast, appetizer or main dish.

I usually take in a simple platter of foie gras mousse on taro chips. It kills

lolwtf. Youre the douche that makes everyone look back with your Iron chef shit aren't you? I usually just bring styrofoam cups and ice and call it a day. I'm that cheap fuck that always offers to bring napkins to the shindig.

Weed brownies maybe? Kiro would approve.

Can't take a dessert? I'll C&P a recipe I posted on my LS forums. Even if it doesn't apply, you should all make it because it's absolutely phenomenal.

    1c milk
    1c heavy whipping cream
    1/2c sugar
    3Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    2Tbsp corn starch
    3/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2Tbsp butter, softened
    1tsp vanilla
    whipped cream/Cool Whip
Oreo pie crust (or make your own pie crust, your call)

In a pot, stir together milk and whipping cream. Cook over medium heat until warm. Mix together sugar, cocoa, and corn starch; gradually add to milk mixture. Stir well, until sugar mixture is well-mixed in milk. Add chips, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until pudding significantly thickens. Let cool for 20min; place in pie crusts, let cool in refrigerator for ~2hrs. Top with whipped cream/Cool Whip when serving.

I work backoffice for a fortune 50 company, chips and dip ain't gonna cut it. It's a lot simpler than it sounds. I just get 2 lbs of mousse from http://www.enjoyfoiegras.com and some chips from a local organic store. eazy peazy

Hummus is really easy to make and vegetarian-friendly. You can even make a few different kinds and make it fancy looking

One of my old jobs would have pizza and beer for everyone. One of our supervisors actually made her own beer so she brought some in. Fucking AMAZING.

We can do dessert but the same people cover dessert every holiday and there is always a ton of cake, cookies left. Hummus is also covered by someone, it never fails the same person will bring in Hummus and another person always does cups, dishes, flatware.

I will check out that site though, could be interesting.

    Thanks

I don't think people would enjoy sand.
