Did anyone like Titus

I thought the show was amazing, I can understand why it was taken down.. because a lot of it was based on his own life, which meant it would eventually run out of material. Anywho, who else like the show?

One of the lines he says is "I believe life is about striving endlessly for an unobtainable goal" and every time I hear it I think to Absolute virtue, and PW lul.

I found it to be very entertaining. I understand what you mean about it being based around his life and stand up so he would run out of material. But the same could be said about Home Improvement and that thing lasted a decade. Wish it was still around, I might have to watch some episodes online. I've been watching a few shows that have been canceled before their time lately. Most recently is "Unhappely Ever After."

It was a fucking fantastic show, shame it got canceled. Although I thought I remember reading somewhere that Christopher almost wanted to pull the show after his dad died saying it was really hard to keep going with the show and acting with his "dad" on screen.

I wish he'd come out with some new material; the last I've heard is the 5th Annual End of the World Tour. I can't wait to hear what he says about his divorce!

The show would've gotten very interesting if it had stayed on the air and kept following his life with his dad's death, birth of his kid, and divorcing his wife. Although, it probably would've pissed off a lot of people since his dad and Erin were both really popular characters.

Depends on the episode; some of them weren't funny at all and that was the point. Christ, some of the later season 3 episodes were fucking harsh; they talked about child molestation and terrorism! O_O

Stacey Keach was hilarious on that show. The guy playing Titus' brother...was irritating. That kind of killed it for me.

Stacey Keach makes the show, no doubt. I only brought this up because a couple weeks back I was walking through circuit city and picked up seasons 1 and 2 for like $15 or $20.. soooo worth it.

Loved this show. I really liked the coma episodes where his dad did the monologues.

The episode where his brother joins the army was pretty good too.

I really liked the show, was truly canceled before it should have been. Didn't they switch actresses for his wife after the 2nd season or something? I remember something odd with that.

Anyway, as far as shows ahead of their time.

No, I didn't like it much... Around that time I was watching Freaky Links, The Lone Gunmen, Boston Public, Malcolm in the Middle, and Dark Angel.
