Error Code - 0019

Was just getting ready to enter Einherjar R0'd and got kicked off POL tried to get back on and keep getting this msg, asked a friend to log on me and they can get on fine, Tried to get on POL site won't let me get on that either. Can use my Msn and google talk and most other sites.

Anyone able to help me with this?

do you by chance have Verizon DSL? That seems to be the only common factor among other people having the problem (with no real solutions that I could find), possibly a wireless issue also
