Quick Q Xbox360
I Seen on Xbox you can upload games to the hard drive, THis mean you can rent a game upload and take back then it works fine still?
-
No. The game runs from the HDD, but needs the disc in the tray to verify that this type of thing doesn't happen. Though I am sure someone has found a way around this somewhere...
-
Its uploaded to lower loading times etc. not so you can copy games.

It's only meant to minimize load times. You won't even be able to start it up unless you have the physical cd in the tray. Though like it was said before, I'm sure someone has figured out how to get around it.

As far as I know, you can't put games on your hard drive like you could with the original xbox. But you can mod the 360 so it will play burned games. So if you wanted to you would just have to rent and burn them.

They changed it so you can copy the discs to the hdd, but as said previously, this is only to cut down on load times. Some times it doesn't help though (Try Halo 3. Pretty much unplayable copied to HD.)
Secondly, modding your xbox is almost guaranteed ban from XBL.

It is just the same as the ps3 if you have on or tried it.
