what happened to those alert colour codes?

I vaguely remember these terror alert colours that were going off all the time, and i never quite knew what they meant. whatever happened to those?

Orange= duck and cover
Yellow= sunny day
Blue= namecalling triggered an alert
Green= pretty much always
