Internet POL error

OK so i very rarely disconnect from the internet, but i very commonly when trying to log on get POL Error-0011:

The network is busy or there is no response from the server. try again later, fix your junk, etc check network settings.

any ideas on how to stop this? i never really have this problem when i used yourfreedom & openVPN @ uni (proxy program, does something with ports also i think, i'm not a computer wiz)

That's the same error I used to get after POL blocked my South Korean ISP's whole block of IP addresses. The only way I was able to log into POL after it happened was using a VPN. WiTopia is the VPN service I'm currently using, and it is decently stable, though a bit slow. I definitely won't be claiming any HNMs since things take several seconds to show up for me compared to people in Japan or even the US now >< It seems basically all of China and South Korea (and presumably other places as well) are completely blocked from logging into POL.
