Quick chemistry question

What are the 3 reactants listed here? The product is obviously Benzophenone Oxime but not sure exactly what the 3 reactants may be. My guess is Hydroxylamine, Benzophenone and NaOH however not sure. Basically a lab and i hate fucking up the small parts.

Any starting material so hydroxylamine hydochloride, NaoH and benzophenone maybe. Not 100% sure since im a biochemist

In any chemical equation, the reactants are the things on the beginning side of the arrow (left side), and i forgot the technical name, but the shit you end up with is on the right.

Well if this is an organic chemistry problem... the hydroxylamine HCl would be the first reactant in the series... hydroxylamine is a secondary reactant. It's a product of the first reaction between hydroxylamine HCl and NaOH. Then, the products of that reaction are reacted with benzophenone to produce the final products.
