This is my motherboard with a Phenom II x4 940 BE on it. I realize now that the system bus is kinda lacking for the cpu I'm using, but it was a combo deal and I didnt know better at the time :3
I'm using this PSU with it OCZ GameXStream - 700Watt power supply
Basically, I'm wondering if my motherboard and PSU will support 2 gtx260s in SLI. I couldnt find any mention of SLI in any of the reference materials on my motherboard.
edit: looking closer at it, I only see 1 PCIe x1 and 1 PCIex16, and then 2 PCI slots.

Nope, no SLI support. And only 1 PCI Express x16 slot. You'd need a new mobo.

ok so I ordered a gtx 260 from Dell... and it's taking forever. 3-5 days my ass, it's been 3 days and it's still "in production" but anyways, I think I should upgrade my motherboard. Is there a huge difference in performance if I plug in a PCIe 2.0 video card into a standard PCIe slot? (probably 1.1 or w/e)
Does this look pretty decent? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138143

Biostar isn't a great brand. I prefer Gigabyte, EVGA, or Asus. I'm not too familiar with AMD boards though.
PCI 2.0 is backwards compatible with 1.1, so you should be fine there.
