Supposed to be getting 8, ran 3 tests besides this one. Got around 2.9-3.5 on them. Then at night it shoots up to like 12. Fuck I wish we had faster providers here.

I can say that within Europe direct downloads will easily top the 20Mbps, while to America the distance drags the speed down to about half or less than that of Europe! Australia is just out of the question! Its all about the backbones.

At least I get the speed the operator advertises for - 25 Mbps downlink / 2.5 mbps uplink. Interesting to know how your speed varies across the Globe! How many years will it take till cross globe links ping for 50~ milliseconds!
