    Mac users: RSS reader

    Hey guys,
What RSS readers are you using?

I bought netnewswire a while back but they're now wanting me to pay again in a very dodgy way (took away the paid for version, made it all free, then put ads in it, and now are getting ppl to pay to take away the ads, all without really explaining it to the people who had the software, and not offering a discount to already-paid people).

Anyway I'm trying Google Reader+Fluid but it's not updating properly sometimes

What do you guys use? I have an iPhone so it'd be ideal if there was some syncing with GR or an iPhone app, but that's not a dealbreaker atm, I'm just pissed at NNW's attitude tbh. It's the Principle of the thing, dammit!

Never used RSS here, but Mail appears to have a built-in function for it, have you looked at that?

I can't seem to find the one you're talking about in firefox. Unless you're talking about live bookmarks, in which case, no, those suck lol

Hmm, thanks for the suggestions everyone. I've been trying GR for a week and I don't really like it tbh doesn't update properly sometimes and it's really ugly and busy. Fluidifying it helped a bit with some of my issues but i've gone back to an earlier version of NNW which doesn't suffer from ads.

i personally use Rss Bandit and i prefer desktop applications. however that isnt supported on the mac. so i did a search
maybe you can try RssOwl. RSSOwl - A Java RSS / RDF / Atom Newsreader | May the owl be with you its supported on all platforms which can help with export or rss lists etc.

if that doesnt work for you maybe try this link.
