Miami for Spring Break.

Never been on a "Vacation," or at least not in the states. Flying out on Monday or Tuesday but I'm a little worried about getting around. Is there any way to get a rental car in the miami area for some 20 year olds? What's the cab rate down there?

It's been a while, but I think a lot of rental places require minimum age 25? idk call hertz, avis, etc before you get here. Depends on where you're staying, but S.Fla is not a walk-around place unless you are maybe right on south beach.
And yeah it was 40 last night, but hit the 70s today i think and wtf is this weather already it's march in 5 mins... i use weather.com and it's pretty accurate for here in the 3 day range.

I speak enough to get around. I've actually never been to Florida. What should I expect in terms of city? Miami a shit city to be in? Can't be worse than Detroit.

I know Enterprise will let you rent at 21, maybe younger depending on the location, but they add a $20/day surcharge because of it. Also when checking rates see if they require a security deposit (iirc Enterprise is $250, which is refunded on return).
