MP3 Property help.

For some strange reason every MP3 on my PC has nothing in it's protected property, instead of saying Yes/No it just shows a blank field. While this isn't effecting my ability to listen to them on my computer it has however made it impossible to add any MP3s protected or not to Windows Live Movie Maker since it just assumes every MP3 on my PC is protected.

Has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it?

I believe that's the name of the MP3.

Click on Remove Properties and Personal Information, and check on the box that says Make a copy with all properties removed. And voila, edit the copy how you like, delete the original file, rename the copy, and you're set.

Still nada. Protected property is blank on every MP3.

And yes, that's the name of the song. I got it from The Boondocks Bootleg.

Did it work on the single song, could you edit the info afterwards? If so try selecting all your MP3's and removing the properties/Personal Information?

You can't mess with the protected property. Also according to my friend it isn't protected since some things I recorded from Audacity and exported as MP3s also has the same problem.

I think it's just my system being f*cked up.
