Mobo & BIOS issue

Bought a new case, an additional gpu, and a new psu (to support both). Moved everything to the new case and hooked it all. First PSU was DoA and I got the new one earlier this week and last night connected it all up. But I'm getting stuck at the BIOS now, these are the errors I'm getting (pic's below). I can't get into the BIOS setup window, it doesn't recognize the key stroke to give me access.. so even though it says to go into bios setup to restore everything, I can't get into it. I know hardware, but I don't know anything about this stuff. I'm afraid the Mobo got reset, though I have no idea how that happened.

I had a tech move the comp into the new case, but I hooked up everything to the PSU since the first one came DoA and I didn't need him to do that. I was always touching metal so no static could of fucked anything up, and on top of that I barely touched the mobo itself. Any help is greatly appreciated (I'd ask my tech but he is on vacation until thursday).

Tried removing everything USB related (what the message says) ? Even front panel cables etc

Could be the HUB pumping more current than it should, or a loose front panel cable... idk why else this message would show up.

did some more research and sounds like the tech fucked up on hooking everything back up to the mobo, or how he set the mobo in the new case. Seems like its often due to having it screwed in too tightly, or connecting all the USB's incorrectly. It can also be because of of lose wiring and stuff, but I'd go w/ the tech not hooking everything back up correctly

Honestly no idea, but if the message shows up (unless the mobo is faulty), it's definitly something to do with your USBs.

ya thanks sruon, I did some google searches when you said its a USB problem and it sounds like the tech fucked up installing all the usb stuff and/or placing the mobo
