I've been looking and cant find a proper place to post this thread, so please forgive me if its in the wrong place )x I'm just coming back to FFXI after a year 1/2 break, i've got my POL ID, but I forgot my PW... Is it possible to get it back? I have all the information needed except my old CC I used to first start the account.... v___v; Is there any possible way I can still retrieve it? It would suck to loose what i've spent years trying to build D: Such as Ridill and Ebodyzzz, halp me T__T;

OH MAN RIDILL AND EBODY?! AH JEEZ!! No but really you should call them >_> they will ask you for all the information etc etc and ask you for photo identification. You will have to take a picture of your liscense then fax it to them. No I do not have their fax number sorry

Yes, it will, just web chat/call them and they'll ask for it.
