Double the monitors, double the fun.

Quick 2 monitor question, can I have different resolutions on each one or can that not be done on Windows7. I have a good video card with double dvi out, just fyi in case that means something.

Resolution is independent for each monitor. At work I have a 16:9 monitor at 1920x1080 and a 16:10 monitor at 1920x1280 running on Win7 Pro x64.

Depends on how you set them up. If you're extending a desktop, sure. If you're mirroring, then no.

How do you mean? Plug both in, right click Windows 7 desktop, choose Screen Resolution. If both monitors aren't showing, click the Detect button. Make sure the Multiple Displays pulldown is set to Extend these Displays. Then just highlight one of them and set the resolution.
