Insecure SOCKS server and resetting browser cache

Within the last couple days I got this error from the Windower website:

My husband does not recognize that IP address #, though it could be from one of the VPN servers I connect to in order to play FFXI ( http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/739...ight=korea+vpn )(long story). My current IP address starts with 10.XXX etc, but I cannot get the browser cache to reset to allow me access to the site. Using Firefox with Noscript/Adblock and a few other plugins.

There are some other websites I cannot access, mainly Guildportal, so I think the problem with this "banned list" is not limited to Aikar's site. Can anyone help me?

Well, husband did some checking, and apparently because our signal is being routed through that address by the WiTopia VPN, we are likely to continue having this issue until WiTopia does something about it... going to send all my screenshots to them and see what they can do about it.
