Horde Guild recruiting, 6+/7 FL done, hoping to start heroics next week

We were once known as Risen, now we're just a solid core of a casualesque raiding guild...we raid 3 nights a week (Tues Thurs Mon) from 8:30 to midnight EST. We basically never go late. We strongly believe in quality over quantity, and do well (and are at the top of our server progression) overall. We've killed 6/7 firelands thus far this week with a hopeful raid on Monday (though may be 1 short 'cause of a silly holiday). We're about able to kill Rag, had a 16% wipe...should have it easily on Monday if our raid makes.

We're looking for 1 person for sure, would consider up to 2 more after that to replace a person or 2 in our roster. We're decently open as far as classes go, though definitely prefer players who are willing to be versatile (aka, if you aren't playing a pure dps class, we expect an offspec that helps the raid, or willingness to respec at the start of a night if a healer doesn't show up/etc...may overlook this depending, but it's a definite plus). We really want people that are reliable...if you can't -generally- make all 3 raids a week, it's not worth the time. We 100% RL coming first, and expect people to miss raids here and there, but there shouldn't be a regular conflict with Mon/Tues/Thurs.

Top choice would be a rogue, but we want a reliable and solid player over a specific class. Expect people to be fast learners, not stand in shit, not have to have your hand held (your UI should show you relevant information, shouldn't have to rely on another person to call out their stacks for something). Able to make this coming Monday so we can be sure we get our Rag kill (I feel we're <3 pulls away, though new person learning may delay that) would be a plus too!

1/7 Heroic now, almost 2/7 heroic (had a <50k wipe bleh), could still use a person or 2 as we are expecting someone to have to quit for RL reasons in the upcoming future.

Warlock would be perfect...ranged dps or tank are both good though. Let me know!
