What ever happened to the licensed version of the light novels? They put out vol 3 last year then...nothing. Even the website hasn't been updated.

They have been releasing 2 volumes a year for 3 years now. I have vols 1-5 hardback sitting right next to me at this very moment.

Wasn't really feeling it, I thought he tried to incorporate way too many shit at once and came out short in fleshing out the whole plot and casts.

Without spoilers, am I going to lose much/anything if I read all the alpha chapters, then all the beta, rather than alternating? Last book was a mess for me trying to follow both.

There is a reason there is Alpha and Beta set of chapters and it makes sense at the end.
