So I bought this game a long time ago and recently bought a new xbax and transferred all my licences. I went to play this game the other day and noticed that it didn't get transferred with all of my other arcade games.

I looked all over live and couldn't find it anywhere, i did a search and found the wiki page. according to the wiki it was delisted from xbax live in february 2011 and it is no longer available for download from what i can tell.

now since i paid for this game shouldn't i retain access to this game? if not shouldnt i be able to get a refund???? pretty ticked on this because i dug this game even if i didnt play that much... anyone know whats up with this?

go to your download history, I would assume it can be redownloaded from there
