The mech assault series doesn't hold a candle to MechWarrior 3 in my opinion, but they are still fun as hell.

I played the hell out of MechAssault 1 on Xbox Live back in the day. That game was awesome.
Can't wait for this.

Wasn't a fan of Mechassault, although that was more from bitterness of Microsoft killing the Mechwarrior PC franchise. I didn't like the faster-paced combat (always felt Armored Core did it better), but they weren't bad games.
Lets see how this one turns out.
