Exactly what I said out loud while watching the trailer.

If you're to do an animated series of Napoleon Dynamite, at least throw Mike Judge at it so we can have some low-quality animation to go with it, which would suit it fine. This shit is too digital, too clean...

I watched the first episode.

I laughed when Napoleon roid raged out and destroyed the football team and punched over the goalpost.

That's all I laughed at. I hate the characters. I hate the setting, I hate the acting, the gags and the visual design. It's like they took all the not-funny parts of Squidbillies and King of the Hill and mushed them together into an unfunny mess about white trash in Idaho.

I never saw the original film, but if it's two hours of this, I don't want to anymore.

first episode was a rehash of jokes from the movie the entire time. Second episode was about 80% rehash of jokes from the movie.

It COULD get better if they stopped doing that, but let's face it, while the movie is funny the characters are so flat that I don't think they'll ever be able to break away from repeating the same gags over and over again.

I lasted about 15 minutes into the first episode.

I saw the movie, I don't need to rewatch it with even worse acting.

I was gonna say, this sounds basically like the movie lol. Am I the only one here that couldn't stand the movie? Most of my friends loved it , I have no idea why though.

I still don't get why they cancelled King Of The Hill. This show might have been alright if they did it after the release of the tv show.

King of the hill was getting a bit long in the tooth. Not to say it wasn't still funny, but would you rather it turn into a redneck Simpsons?

This show though, wow. Over/Under on it lasting less than 1, maybe 2 seasons?

I hated the movie too, my dad tried to get me to watch and I left after about 15 minutes...
