How can you not tell it's photoshopped? Not only is it way over the 140 character limit of Twitter, you can still see @FFXI_EN in the reply field, which shows up by default if the tweet you are replying to contains @FFXI_EN. They just took it from another tweet and put in the text, or just used a developer console to change what it said.
