Does anyone know how to receive their $5 Amazon credit?

Looking through my email from amazon it does not provide any information regarding this.

The copy I pre-ordered was labled "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn +$5 Amazon Credit" and it also listed in the description about the credit, but that is no longer there since the pre-order phase is over.

Was anyone else able to redeem it?

I don't remember the description either, but for previous credits I've gotten from amazon, I usually will get an e-mail a few days after the purchase telling me the credit has been applied to my account.

Since they just charged pre-order purchases within the past day, I'd say maybe wait another day or two and see if you get an e-mail from them. What is the expiration date on the credit?

Hmm I didn't get the credit either. I had to contact Amazon support because I didn't get the EA code as well. Was the credit towards the collector's edition (PC or PS3) or the normal version??

I never got one, to support I suppose, but I'll wait a few days first as mentioned.
