Available Quests?

Easily enough you can see available quests to you when you enter a zone.. however is there a way to see what quests you can partake in outside of the zone?

New quests open almost every level or so, and it makes it quite hard to know where they open at. You can take a general stab in the dark my determining what level leves are in the area, but that doesnt tell you for sure if there are quests open or not.

It sucks haveing to travel to every map every couple of levels or so to see if there are any new quests open.

Am I doing it wrong? Is there a better way to tell when new quests are opened?

There are very few exceptions to "follow the main story, quests unlock at new location". Even when it's revisiting an old location.

True, but ive kind of been job and area hopping. Makes it a little harder.

hmm, I was about to say click duty and check that list, but I tried it first to check. It has a dungeon listed that wasn't in my current area, but all the quests made no sense, just close by quests that weren't even the right level...
