Preventative? I'm told proper face wash specifically for it is good. I dont have that problem so I never really dove into it. I think they have some with chemicals in it that help reduce the size of black heads so they're not as noticeable/mostly wash away with frequent washing. That's what I do for my oily pores, instead of squeezing them which is teenager levels of gross, I just stay on top of the cleaning and they never get super clogged and gross to begin with.
