Just got back from seeing it, was pretty awesome film. It takes place after 28days later and 28weeks later looks to be tossed to the side so don't expect a continuation of story where Paris fell.

Yeah didn't realize it was a trilogy, 2nd is set to come out later this year too apparently. This one was all filmed using Iphones and the cinematography is awesome.

what even is that ending? if it was an american film that endings equivalent is a group of black people in bill cosby sweaters calling themselves the billies showing up skeetbopping around stabbing zombies. a huge tonal shift using the most prolific serial child rapist of the country to establish that these are def the bad guys in the sequel? which is already hinted at strongly with the name jimmy carved into the upside down dude earlier.

Yeah, I went in mostly blind, just had watched the teaser. I don't want to say I was disappointed but uhhhh... no clue what I watched lol

God. I hate kids in movies. I hate my mother so the family drama aspect was a big snore for me and then jesus the ending with the parkour ninja cult people. I don't fucking know what the fuck was going on. I don't see this becoming a trilogy lol
