Japanese message boards?

Hello, im looking for a easy-to-install JP bulletin board script to install on my Linkshell's website.

If anyone knows where to download a Japanese message board script like a one they use, please help me out ^^

phpbb has Japanese as a installable langauge ?

how do you config it so if they are JP they will get the boards in japanese, and if they are english, the boards are viewed in english.

i know as PHPBB admin, you can set default langauge to english etc, but setting it to japanese will hurt the NA viewers.

you might have to go to phpbb's webpage to figure that out and i'm pretty sure it does (install)
