At least the horn is relatively cheap. Assuming this was intended, and doesn't get nerfed, it should be pretty fun for NINs. They'll be the master kiter job, and won't even have to worry about mazurka wearing off from a hit.

Should make kiting the Dynamis-Xarcabard NMs easier, at least, among other things.

I love it. I always had a horn so it was a nice bonus to see this when i got online. I just wish I knew at the time that the horn affected it since there was about 4 on the AH, but they were quickly scooped up about 30 minutes after the servers went live. Pretty much I have no need to use a Chocobo now. I just hope this was meant to be like this and won't get nerfed.

Harlequin Horn = Greatness. I can't believe I lucked out and bought the horn for no good reason two weeks ago. The price is going to skyrocket, perma flee is just fucking amazing as a time saver.
