I run across that every now and then, some new flavor tastes just like medicine and it's the grossest thing in the world...

Maybe just drop the sugar content in half and they might have something, no one wants their soda to taste like syrup.

I love soda and I'll drink anything but I cannot stand dr. pepper. It just downright tastes nasty. Mt.Dew for the mother fucking win.

I don't like doctor pepper at all, I remember a friend was making me a drink once and wanted to be sure that I would like it and that it didn't taste too alcoholic so he made me a drink and wouldn't tell me what it was until I tried it. I tried it, and didn't really like it, and then he starts kicking himself as he says that its called Dr.Pepper, I'm like duur we all know we don't like that.

Recipe btw is 1 shot of amaretto, 1 shot of vodka (optional) and fill the glass with coke. Ice is always nice to put in too.

Mountain Dew tastes vaguely of citrus the first sip and chemical the entire rest of the can/bottle. Not mediciney chemical, more like pine sol, now in lemon fresh!

I stick with 7up and Sprite if I'm gonna drink soda, sometimes Coke Zero because the artificial sweetener in it doesn't taste as nasty as the regular diet drinks. My favorite is this bottled stuff from the grocery store, forgot the name, it's just fruit juice and sparkling water. I'm gonna pick up some club soda or something next time I get drinks cause the premixed stuff is expeeeeeensive.
