Just received word from my friend that work @K-Mart, that they just received a nice healthy supply of the PS3 for the christmas rush

30+ per store is what I heard from them (20+ 60GB, 5-10 20GB) [mostly in the black color]

So if you live in the NYC or LI area run to your K-mart/or other super store to check if there any in stock

I got one reserved and will receive it by tonight (<3 my friends working in the receiving area), most likely you should do this quickly before they run out again

People care! Just not as much as Wii. There's still some 20 GB ones at the Best Buy by my house, or at least they were there yesterday, but the 60s sell.

Still waiting for a good PS3 RPG so I feel like buying one...where for art though? (or some more downloads, where is the damn internet channel and new batch of classic games Nintendo? )

Wii has only Zelda that interests me right now.. rest are alllll meh... PS3 has Resistance: Fall of Man. XBox 360 has the most right now of what interests me XD

personally, people rush too fast for this shit and should wait for a few months until more games come out.

There will be more...and it was 3 games for me, my 64 doesnt work and Bonk was the shit back when I played it the first time. Zelda was worth it, moreso than anything else on any other current gen system, for me. Bonus for being the least expensive. I just want more oldies, they were supposed to be the perfect tide-me-over while more Wii games came out, and they havent updated the list yet, or even given out the full 30 games they said they'd have at lauch. Where's my Super Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Dragon Warrior 4, Secret of Mana, illusion of Gaia, ect... Some of them were announced but...

I guess this is debateable, but the only "good" release game for PS3 doesn't interest me, it might be ok, but Zelda is much more of a system seller. I know buying a system for 1 game is stupid, but I see other good games I want coming out soon or eventually. The PS3 really doesn't have that feeling at the moment.

This is probably going to start another Wii vs. PS3 argument though, so, these are just my opinions. >_>

You are more than welcome to pay the outrageous price for a system without any good games...

Or, you can buy a Wii now, which is far more attractive than a PS3 ATM, and then just waltz into a GameStop in June~ 07 and pick up a PS3 without any hassle, along with your DMC4 copy or w/e.

PS3 just doesn't have any good titles ATM... (honestly, Resistance isn't worth paying 600 bucks for a system.)

Plus, by then the price will probably already drop.

And to be honest, I still have to beat like 4 RPGs + Zelda... and with the 2-3 hours per day I can dedicate to this -- PS3 isn't currently at the top of my list.

But enjoy if you'd rather drop a 1.1k bombshell on your bank account.
