    can someone tell me wtf this is used for or has any use at all? I saw like two fish botters in nashmau reeling them in so I decided to get one myself. Turns out can't desynth them with lightning xtal nor wind and Zaldon won't take for fish quest


    P.S. npcs for like 780 gil

    Theres a ton of useless fish out there. No surprize that the expansion added new ones.

    yea I know it was just weird seeing a fishbot fishing for them. Thought it might have a purpose other than npcing it for 780g since it's unstackable and all

    Maybe they are fish that block people from fishing up better ones. Kind of like how they added in Cone Calimari.
