Account Problems

Tried to log on, Eveything was normal..went to the second "Play" screen....but it sais that i have no active content ids purchase 1 or reactivate one (i did not deactive it or anything) so i go to the content id screen...and it gives me and error...so i basically cannot progress pass this because i cant do anything w/o a content id, any ideas?

Oh, a LS mate was having the same problem... she didn't get the chance to fix it though, so I don't know.

might have something to do with the billing server that goes down every bill payment period. I.E. if your credit card was bad then you have to wait to reactivate your i.d... try tomorrow or monday

This happened to me i called and they told me to update my billing info. Did that and was good to go.

yes you have to wait for the server to be up, so you can process your payment.

Check if your bank acct. is ok (read: with funds). You will have to reactivate your IDs when the server is up again.

Edit: umm, billing server should be up, i received the notification pop-up (on POL viewer) yesterday night. Update your billing info like the poster above said. i iz stoopid -_-

Happened to me once when my CC expired, updated with the new card, worked fine.

Same, but it happened when the registration servers where down for maintenance so i had to wait till they where done
