Continuing to get worse with the updates. now its at a stand still. files sit at 4% for an hour or 2 before it has any sort of disconnection issue. ive been reading up on threads here. ive tryed everything from New modems to DMZing. I think it is a ISP issue though the ISP wont even look into it or even pause for a breath to say nothing wrong our end. SE has tracedrouted me many times only to end up with some timeouts at ISP. getting frustrated as this has been going on for half a year now.
